This place I must tell you about it because it was a bag of mixed emotions. First of all I needed air in my tires so I stopped but Casey’s now charged $1.75 for 3.5 minutes of air which if you have two tires or more that need air well you better be quick and have the valve caps already off and ready! But then I realize that I only have 1.25 on my card. No problem I have cash right? Wrong. The machine does not take cash only cards! So here I am 50 cents short of the air I need but I have the money just not on the card and the very helpful cashier inside (who by the way went above and beyond in being helpful and deserves a raise for sure) informs me they do not do the cash deposits to cards either but I think I’m in luck because right down the road is a dollar general and they do so I could get the money onto my card then use the card for air and. R on my merry way but the cashier looks it up and dollar general closed twenty minutes ago. So I am stuck. Sitting beside the thing I need and having the money to pay for the the thing I need but can’t not get the thing I need.?!?!? What has this world come to??? Not cool Casey’s but luckily you as a store have some amazing people working at this store that saved the day because I was so upset and ready to leave a scathing review but the worker that was there on the night of 04/15/2024 at closing time really deserves some kind of something extra and I hope the next time I come to this Casey’s I see that the appreciation has been given where it is due because I can’t say enough good things about this cashier! Most people wouldn’t have been so kind and helpful and I know this to be true but this employee really saves the day for me and for this review of this Casey’s! I will forever be a customer here now as long as this employee is still there and thriving! Thanks so much for helping a stranger out in a time of so much stress and when all I needed was someone to show a little compassion! Right on Casey’s!

My local store, being that it's the closest to me, and they has the best pizza in town flat out. Loving the new points rewards, I use it all the time. I just wish the air compressor was free like it used to be but idiots kept cutting the air chuck off of it so I don't hold it against them .

Nice stop when better town's. The staff are friendly and there is no lack of items.... expect for long handle squeegees I guess from other reviews. I mostly stop here for the gas prices, while not always the lowest, most of the time they are for me.

The cashiers on shift were nice. Ordered food through the app and it took 40 minutes to get it but it was fresh. Some truck parking that isn't full. Good place to stop in the Joplin area that isn't overly crowded with trucks fighting for a spot

WOW, HANDS DOWN, BEST PIZZA!! THE STAFF IS AMAZING & HELPFUL! I'm always greeted with kind words and a smile. Even tho it's a SUPER BUSY store, being right off the interstate. It's KEPT SUPER CLEAN & ALWAYS WELL STOCKED!! The store Manager is on top of things and does his job incredibly well. I can't say enough about the AWESOME employees. They go out of their way to be kind and helpful to ALL customers I wish I was able to work, because this is the kind of great staff, that I would be honored to work with!!! So, BIG SHOUT-OUT TO JUSTIN, EMILY, AND THE REST OF THE AMAZING STORE CREW. Corporate, pay attention, this is a GREAT STORE!! This staff will go far, if given the opportunity. And I know, I'm a customer, in store, several times weekly!
